Human Resources Male Executive-Operations

We are a leading Telecom & IT company seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support business operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HR operational experience, preferably within the telecom or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (UAE / UK / KSA as applicable).
  • Oversee visa processing, work permits, renewals, and employee documentation.
  • Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with company standards.
  • Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and employee relations matters.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate HR records and reports.
  • Work closely with management to support manpower planning and workforce operations.
  • Manage HR systems (HRMS), employee files, and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a Telecom or IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience handling multi-country HR operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
