Job Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for leading the company’s sales & marketing strategy to drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. This role involves overseeing all sales & marketing functions — including digital, branding, communications, product marketing, and market research to build strong customer engagement and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team across digital, branding, communications, and creative functions.
Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through innovative marketing campaigns.
Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CAC, etc.).
Collaborate with sales, leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and revenue growth.
Direct digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and external agencies.
Monitor marketing performance analytics and present results to the executive team.
Champion innovation and ensure the marketing strategy adapts to changing market trends and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10 to 15 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Creative mindset with an understanding of brand building and storytelling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
