Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Construction Material (Online Business)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Construction Material (Online Business) to lead our online construction materials business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction material selling, online business management, and the ability to lead teams to execute operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all teams across sales, operations, procurement, logistics, and online support to achieve targets.
• Oversee online sales portals, including website, e-commerce platforms, product listings, pricing updates, and digital catalogues, through team supervision.
• Drive sales growth by ensuring teams implement effective selling strategies and digital marketing initiatives.
• Set performance targets, monitor progress, and guide teams to increase sales ratios and improve online operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for order management, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring product availability and competitive pricing through team coordination.
• Take full ownership of business operations, managing teams to execute day-to-day activities while achieving revenue and growth objectives.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
