This is a "boots-on-the-ground" executive role for a leader who thrives in the hum of production lines and the logistics of heavy industry. You will not just be managing spreadsheets; you will be optimizing the entire value chain—from raw material procurement to final product delivery. We are looking for a strategist who can implement Lean methodologies, enforce rigorous HSE standards, and drive output efficiency without compromising quality. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and engineering operations, ensuring production targets are met with maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Supply Chain Management: Optimize procurement strategies and logistics workflows to navigate the complexities of global supply chains and local import/export regulations.
• Process Improvement: Champion the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste, lower production costs, and improve margins.
• Asset Management: Direct the maintenance and lifecycle management of heavy machinery, plant infrastructure, and fleet assets to ensure business continuity.
• HSE Leadership: Foster a zero-harm culture, ensuring strict compliance with UAE Labor Law, Sharjah Municipality regulations, and international safety standards (ISO 45001).
• Strategic Planning: Translate corporate goals into actionable operational plans, scaling capacity to meet growing market demand across the GCC.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 15+ years in Industrial Operations, Manufacturing, or Engineering, with at least 5 years in a C-level or General Manager role.
• Technical Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred. An MBA is a plus.
• Regional Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Sharjah’s industrial zones (Hamriyah, SAIF Zone, Industrial Areas) and UAE labor regulations.
• Turnaround Skills: Proven track record of transforming underperforming production lines into high-yield operations.
• Leadership: Ability to lead a large, multicultural workforce, bridging the gap between shop-floor technicians and the boardroom.
