Job Description:
Hotel Prado 72 Inn LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee and manage the daily operations of our hospitality business in Doha. The COO will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational departments, ensuring efficiency and high service standards
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
• Monitor and improve hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and profitability
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple departments and drive operational improvements
