Chief Shared Services Officer (Emirati Only)

One of our esteemed clients in Dubai is seeking a Chief Shared Services Officer (CSSO) to lead and oversee multiple key functions, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration, and Procurement .

This is a strategic leadership role for a visionary Emirati professional who can drive operational excellence, implement efficient shared services frameworks, and align cross-functional support with the organization’s long-term goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR, IT, Procurement, and Administration functions across the organization.
• Develop and execute integrated shared services strategies that enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across all support functions.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within shared services or corporate support functions.
• Strong understanding of business operations, organizational development, and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change.
