Key Responsibilities

  • Leads, supervises, and motivates the Stewarding Team, ensuring Seamless daily operations across all Kitchens, Outlets, and Special Events.
  • Maintains Meticulous standards of Hygiene, Sanitation, and Safety in full compliance with Dubai Municipality and HACCP Regulations, reflecting FIVE s commitment to Cleanliness and Safety.
  • Oversees the cleaning, maintenance, and correct storage of all Kitchen Equipment and Operating Supplies, safeguarding durability and operational excellence.
  • Develops and enforces structured Cleaning Schedules, Chemical Usage Guidelines, and Waste Management Systems to ensure sustainable and efficient practices.
  • Controls Operating Equipment Inventories, including Chinaware, Cutlery, Glassware, and Kitchen Utensils, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimising breakage and loss.
  • Collaborates closely with the Executive Chef as well as the Food and Beverage and Engineering Teams to Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and kitchen support services with Precision.
  • Manages budgeting and cost control for Stewarding Operations, optimising expenditure on Labour, Cleaning Supplies, and Equipment to achieve operational synergy and cost efficiency.
  • Trains, mentors, and motivates the FIVE Tribe to perform with passion, discipline, and accountability, upholding FIVE s Culture of Excellence and Teamwork.
  • Ensures unwavering compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies, promoting a safe, sustainable, and vibrant workplace for all FIVERs.
  • Supports Special Events, Banquets, and Promotions with flawless Stewarding Planning and Execution, contributing to the unforgettable Vibe at FIVE.
