Job Overview:
The
Chief Supply Chain Officer
will be responsible for designing and executing the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy in alignment with corporate vision and long-term business objectives. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving transformation, optimizing supply chain processes, and building resilient systems that support growth and competitiveness in local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

Design long-term plans to secure operational and logistical requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

Establish procurement policies and lead negotiations with suppliers.
-
Evaluate, select, and periodically approve suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and finished goods.
-
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and losses.
-
Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
-
Develop advanced resource planning systems to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Optimize transportation operations to reduce costs and improve performance.

Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain effectiveness and team performance.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in Supply Chain within agriculture, food production, or FMCG fields is a must.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.

Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or Six Sigma are highly preferred

Strong track record in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive large-scale organizational change.
