Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead and manage our fleet operations and EV charging infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vehicle fleet management, EV ecosystem, charging technologies, and operational efficiency, with the ability to scale and optimize performance across multiple business verticals.

Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations of a large limousine/transport fleet
• Monitor vehicle utilization, uptime, and performance metrics
• Implement systems to reduce downtime, maintenance cost, and idle time
• Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and UAE transport standards

EV Charging Infrastructure

• Manage and optimize EV charging network (AC/DC chargers)
• Ensure maximum uptime and performance of chargers
• Plan and execute installation, maintenance, and expansion of charging stations
• Monitor energy consumption, cost efficiency, and load management

Technical & Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement technology-driven operational strategies
• Lead integration with platforms such as Uber, Bolt, Yango, Careem, etc.
• Introduce automation, dashboards, and tracking systems for operations
• Evaluate and implement new technologies in EV mobility and fleet management

Team Management

• Lead technical and operations teams including supervisors, technicians, and drivers coordination
• Establish SOPs, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
• Train and develop internal teams for efficiency and compliance

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to UAE laws, RTA, and safety standards
• Monitor and control fines, violations, and operational risks

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years experience in:
• Fleet operations / transportation / logistics
• EV charging infrastructure or automotive technology
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electric vehicles (EVs), charging systems (AC/DC)
• Fleet platforms (Uber, Careem, Bolt, etc.)
• Proven experience in team leadership and operations scaling
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Automotive / Electrical / Operations (Master’s preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in UAE/GCC market is highly preferred
