Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to manage daily transportation operations and ensure smooth service delivery. You will play a key role in coordinating drivers, managing fleet activities, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transport operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Manage driver assignments, shifts, and trip schedules
• Handle service requests and arrange fleet replacements when required
• Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless operational support
• Monitor routes, trip performance, and resolve operational issues
• Address driver queries and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry
• Ensure effective communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare daily operational reports for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or relevant experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
