Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the digital and technology transformation agenda of a leading multinational in the logistics and supply chain industry . The CTO will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, scaling digital solutions, and aligning technology strategy with business objectives across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with business objectives and global growth plans.
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, digital platforms, and cybersecurity across all operations.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives , including automation, data analytics, AI/ML adoption, and customer experience enhancements.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable technology architectures to support global logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with international data security, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for technology-driven growth and innovation .
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing technology teams across multiple geographies.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and ensure cost-efficient operations.
• Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of emerging technologies relevant to logistics, supply chain, and transportation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record as a CTO, CIO, or Senior Technology Executive in a multinational organization .
• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership , with at least 5 years at executive level.
• Strong expertise in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and enterprise-wide technology programs.
• Solid understanding of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, TMS), IoT, and data analytics .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
