What You'll Do

As Assistant Director, you will partner with the Center Director to help lead our school and support our teachers and families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and mentoring teachers to create engaging, high-quality classrooms
• Partnering with families to ensure every child receives exceptional care and education
• Assisting with daily operations, staffing, and enrollment goals
• Ensuring compliance with Massachusetts licensing and safety regulations
• Building positive relationships with staff, parents, community partners, and licensing agencies
• Supporting classrooms or operations wherever needed

You will play an important leadership role in shaping the culture and success of our center.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of early childhood administration experience
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
• A genuine love for children and passion for early education
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and staff
• Must meet Massachusetts EEC qualifications for the position

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work indoors or outdoors, and actively engage with children throughout the day.
