Child Care Center Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our early childhood education programs with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership in developing and implementing curriculum that supports early childhood development and aligns with best practices in education.
  • Manage all aspects of center operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Supervise and evaluate school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, fostering professional growth through ongoing development and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education, health, safety, and legal standards such as special education law.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand programs, enhance community engagement, and increase fundraising efforts to support center growth.
  • Facilitate professional development workshops for staff to enhance instructional leadership skills and instructional quality.
  • Oversee school administrative functions including personnel management, faculty evaluation, classroom supervision, and managing budgets as an executive education administrator.
  • Build strong relationships with families through effective communication, public speaking engagements, and community outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of childhood development principles and educational compliance requirements to ensure the highest standards of care.

Experience

  • Proven experience in school administrative leadership roles within early childhood
  • Extensive management experience supervising school staff and leading teams in educational environments.
  • Demonstrated success in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education or preschool programs.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, and managing educational programs at an administrative level.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations affecting schools such as special education law and childhood development standards.
  • Experience facilitating professional development for educators and conducting faculty evaluations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging diverse stakeholders including staff, parents, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
