Child Watch Attendant

Your Role:

As a Child Watch Attendant, you'll be a key part of our team, providing attentive care for children ages 0–7 while their caregivers enjoy the Kroc Center's programs and facilities. With your positive energy and nurturing approach, you'll help create a space where children feel safe and parents feel confident leaving them in good hands.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and engage children aged 0-7 years in age-appropriate activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for children and their families.
  • Collaborate with parents to address any specific needs or concerns regarding their child's care.
  • Keep the Child Watch area clean, organized, and well-maintained.

What Are We Looking For:

  • Prior experience working with children, such as babysitting, childcare, or daycare.
  • Passion for creating a positive and fun environment for children.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
  • Basic understanding of child development and safety protocols.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.

Position Details & Perks:

  • Schedule: Part-time, up to 19 hours per week
