Childcare Enrollment Sales Representative (Billingual a plus / travel required)

We are looking for a driven and personable Enrollment Sales Representative to grow enrollments across our childcare and early education programs. In this role, you will travel locally and regionally to engage with families, community organizations, and business partners to promote our programs. You will be the face of our brand in the community, building strong connections and helping families take the next step in their childcare journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enrollment growth by meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct engaging tours, consultations, and presentations for prospective families.
  • Travel to local businesses, schools, and HR departments to promote childcare services as a family benefit.
  • Represent the organization at community events, expos, and networking functions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families from first inquiry through enrollment. Work along with the Director.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute outreach campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and manage leads, inquiries, and enrollment activity in CRM tools.
  • 50 plus call per schools a week
  • Meet/Call families who put in a disenrollment form to discuss a resolution

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, or enrollment (childcare or education industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory; occasional evenings/weekends required for events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
