Chinese Operations Assistant

Istanbul, Turkey

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to handle various administrative duties and support our senior management at our company's headquarters in KAĞITHANE, Türkiye.


The Operations Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities


Serve as the point of contact between managers, employees, customers, and other external stakeholders.

Manage the flow of information in a timely and accurate manner, scheduling operational meetings.

Collect daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.

Serve as the office assistant, monitoring stationery inventory.

Format information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports).

Allocate time for meetings.

Conduct video and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence.

Organize and maintain the office filing system.


Qualifications


Experience working as an Operations Assistant

Excellent MS Office knowledge

Superior organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with Office tools and applications (e.g., e-calendars and photocopiers)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Common sense and reliability

High school graduate, preferably university graduate

Fluent English

Preferably a citizen of the PEOPLE'S REPUBLİC OF CHİNA.
