Salary: Attractive salary package based on experience

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in chocolate and confectionery production
• Strong knowledge in:
• Handmade chocolates
• Truffles
• Pralines
• Chocolate fillings
• Chocolate decorations
• Chocolate gifting concepts
• Experience in tempering, molding, coating, and finishing chocolates
• Ability to create new recipes and trendy chocolate products
• Knowledge of different chocolate ingredients and quality standards
• Ability to maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Creative presentation and packaging skills preferred
• Ability to train junior staff and maintain production consistency
