Job Summary

ScaleUp Connect is hiring on behalf of its client for a C&I Sales Manager to lead commercial and industrial solar sales across North Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The role focuses on building EPC partnerships, identifying industrial solar opportunities, managing regional sales activities, and delivering customized solar solutions for large energy consumers.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solar EPC or C&I project-based sales, with the ability to manage regional sales teams and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales operations across North Punjab and KPK, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Mardan, and Abbottabad.
  • Develop and expand a strong EPC partner network to support project development and execution.
  • Identify and pursue commercial and industrial solar project opportunities in the region.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial solar projects.
  • Participate in tenders, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
  • Support clients with financial analysis, ROI calculations, and payback assessments for solar investments.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and reporting through CRM systems.
  • Lead and mentor regional sales team members to ensure strong performance and market coverage.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the solar EPC or Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of managing regional sales or project-based B2B sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of solar EPC business models and project life cycles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs170,000.00 per month
