City Manager

The City Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of justclean’s business operations within the assigned city. This includes driving growth by acquiring and retaining partners, ensuring operational excellence in logistics and order fulfillment, and maintaining the highest standards of brand representation.

The City Manager will lead cross-functional teams — including Partner Success, Operations, and Logistics — to ensure seamless execution of daily business activities while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance growth initiatives with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall city operations to achieve sales, operational, and financial targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new partners and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee partner success initiatives, ensuring partners are fully trained and engaged with justclean products (Marketplace, Logistics, and SaaS systems).
• Manage logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient order pickup, delivery, and fulfillment cycles.
• Build, train, and motivate a high-performing city team across functions (Partner Success, Operations, Logistics).
• Maintain strong and continuous business relationships with key partners to enhance loyalty and long-term collaboration.
• Monitor city performance metrics (orders, revenue, incidents, driver productivity, SLA compliance) and provide detailed reports to senior management.
• Handle escalations, operational challenges, and partner/customer complaints with quick, effective solutions.
• Coordinate with central departments (Marketing, Finance, HR) to align city initiatives with company-wide goals.
• Launch and oversee city-specific marketing campaigns and promotions to boost sales and partner engagement.
• Ensure compliance with justclean policies, local labor laws, and health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation to strengthen justclean’s competitive position in the city.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in City/Area/Operations/General Management, ideally in logistics, tech, or marketplace platforms.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building and leading diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Business development experience with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Solid knowledge of logistics operations and SaaS/Marketplace ecosystems preferred.
• Commercial mindset with experience in P&L management and KPI tracking.
• Must have a car and valid driving license.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and street-smart approach to managing city-level challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 per month
