Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented City Manager to lead and manage our operations in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all business functions within the city, driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all day-to-day operations in Gujranwala.
• Implement strategies to increase sales, brand visibility, and market share.
• Monitor and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with local clients, vendors, and government authorities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise city staff to meet operational goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Coordinate with the head office to align with company-wide policies and objectives.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and report financial and operational performance.
• Identify local business opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, business development, or area management (preferably in Gujranwala or similar regions).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local market and fluency in regional languages is a plu
