Job Summary – City Manager (Gujranwala)
Location: Gujranwala, Pakistan
Department: Operations / Regional Management
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day city operations.
  • Drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and monitor service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and local authorities.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to meet operational goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Align city operations with company-wide policies and objectives.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and report performance.
  • Identify business opportunities and drive local expansion initiatives.

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of mobile retail sales, operations, or area management (preferably in Gujranwala or similar regions).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the local market and fluency in regional languages is a plus.

Mandatory:

  • Hands-on experience in mobile sales and retail operations is required.
