   About the Role
  
  We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced
  
   City Operations Manager
  
  to lead and scale our city-level operations. This role involves managing teams, driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all properties and business functions.
 
   Key Responsibilities
  
- 
   Oversee end-to-end city operations including property management, maintenance, and customer experience.
  
- 
   Lead and mentor a team of Area Property Managers, Operations Executives, and Field Staff.
  
- 
   Monitor city-level KPIs — occupancy, revenue, service quality, and cost efficiency.
  
- 
   Implement operational SOPs and ensure compliance across all teams.
  
- 
   Collaborate with central teams (Sales, Finance, Product, and HR) to align city operations with business goals.
  
- 
   Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of on-ground issues.
  
- 
   Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
- 
   Handle escalations, audits, and critical incident management.
  
- 
   Provide strategic inputs for city growth, expansion, and customer retention.
  
   Requirements
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  
- 
   3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in real estate, property management, facility, or hospitality sectors.
  
- 
   Proven leadership and team management skills.
  
- 
   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  
- 
   Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  
- 
   Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground operational environment.
