Company Description
MLK Waste Management is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. We provide sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, civil construction services, and also work in aquaculture and aquaponics systems.

Role
We are hiring a Civil Draftsman / AutoCAD Designer (0–2 years experience) for our office in Bhopal. This is a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will prepare and edit construction and architectural drawings using AutoCAD. Some travel and site work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings of water tanks, metal structures, and other designs.
• Convert sketches and measurements from project managers into accurate drawings.
• Update and revise drawings as per project changes.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to finalize designs.
• Stay updated with the latest drafting and design practices.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil, Architecture, or related field.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to prepare civil/architectural/construction drawings.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in waste management industry is a plus.
