Civil Engineer

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drawings and layouts for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
• * Develop detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
• * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop technical plans and designs,
• * Prepare drawings for building structures, including foundations, floors, and walls
• * Preparation of Layout and General arrangement drawing under the guidance of PM.
• *Preparation of Detailed Drawing under the guidance of PM
• * Prepare the shop drawing for submission to the consultant.
• * Draw the sketches as per PM instructions.
• * Plot the digitized drawings as and when the need arises.
• * Prepare routine and non-routine reports as required.
• * Keep track of incoming/outgoing drawings and documents.
• * Carry out actual site measurement of different offices and lands as and when required.
• * Minimum 4 years of experience in civil drafting, preferably in construction industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

• * Familiarity with design standards and regulations.
• * Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• * Proven experience in drafting and technical drawing (2D and 3D).
• * Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other drafting software. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona rendering is a plus.
• * Knowledge of site coordination, project management, and fit-out processes.
• * Strong organizational and time management skills.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• * Ability to resolve problems and handle site-related challenges.
