Civil Engineer

We are looking for Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Design. Prepare detailed engineering designs and plans for projects complying with UAE regulation standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and costs, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Address technical issues and resolve conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Ensure that projects adhere to UAE's regulatory requirements, including environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop risk management strategies.
• Implement safety measures to minimize risks to personnel and the environment.
• Maintain detailed project records, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
• Integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into project designs and construction processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, contractors, and other engineers.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Coordination with consultant & client for approval of drawings and other project issues as needed.
• Carry out any other assignment given by the Reporting Head.
• Maintaining relevant files and documentation as per ISO requirements (as applicable).
• Participate in all other quality activities as required by the MR
• Decision relevant to Project activity in coordination with General Manager / Project Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• civil engineer: 5 years (Required)
