NAJMAT AL BAHAR BLDG CONT LLC is a leading construction/infrastructure/engineering firm committed to delivering high-quality projects across UAE. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineers.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
• Resolve design and development issues on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in [e.g., high-rise buildings, infrastructure, road works, etc.].
• Valid Civil Engineer License or Registration.
