Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing construction sites, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with the design team to bring our high-end residential projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per design
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings for on-site execution
• Conduct site inspections and monitor material usage and workmanship
• Ensure safety standards, legal regulations, and quality benchmarks are met
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management
• Assist in estimating costs, preparing BOQs, and managing resources
• Resolve technical and execution challenges at the site promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in residential or architectural construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Civil 3D or Revit is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, structural detailing, and site coordination
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work at project sites in Chennai as required
