About Us:
Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is developing The Foresta, a premium hospitality project located in Paud, Mulshi. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our project team and support site execution and quality control activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and managing daily site construction work.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project management team.
• Monitor material usage, site progress, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, maintain site reports, and support timely completion of work.
• Support quality assurance and resolve technical/site issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction site execution (hospitality, resort, or commercial projects preferred).
• Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site supervision.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site-level coordination.
