Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Civil Engineer to join our team in Hisar. The candidate will assist in site supervision, quality checks, planning, and day-to-day project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in construction and site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and update project progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Perform quality checks for materials and construction work.
• Support in preparing estimates, measurements, and basic documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards at the site.
• Assist senior engineers in planning, scheduling, and project execution.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and site plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
