Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and oversight for a diverse range of structures, including concrete and steel buildings, facades, bridges, and more – ensuring top-tier quality and compliance.
• Lead investigations into structural failures, such as concrete cracks, monopole collapses, bridge incidents, and other civil challenges, turning insights into actionable solutions.
• Design and implement repairs and rehabilitation strategies for existing concrete and steel structures, extending their lifespan and enhancing performance.
• Perform comprehensive condition assessments, including remaining lifetime estimations, to guide strategic decision-making for asset management.
• Execute and interpret field tests like core sampling, chemical analysis, carbonation depth measurement, ultrasonic pulse velocity, and more – expertly navigating limitations to deliver accurate building evaluations.
• Develop and refine standard civil inspection procedures; review and approve key documents such as method statements, inspection and test plans, shop drawings, job safety risk assessments, and material requests as a trusted third-party expert.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in civil inspections, QA/QC, with a proven track record in structural integrity.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams effectively, combined with an organized, proactive, and methodical approach to deliver outstanding results.
• A valid driving license (mandatory), with preference for candidates who have their own vehicle for on-site mobility.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus, fostering seamless collaboration in our multicultural projects.
