Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong site experience to oversee construction activities, ensure project compliance, and manage daily site operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising works on-site, coordinating with teams, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction site activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of civil works
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
• Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, count materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software
