Project Engineer/Site Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Civil Engineer to handle project execution and on-site supervision for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities on site
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, material usage, and manpower
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5–6 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (MS Project is an advantage)
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience preferred
