Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience to manage and execute construction projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
• Ensure work execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and Dubai Municipality / local authority regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and manpower
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost control when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE (Dubai experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality codes and construction standards
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an advantage
• Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and QA/QC procedures
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
