Civil Engineer

Highly experienced Civil Engineer with over 10 years of proven expertise in the UAE construction industry. Skilled in project planning, cost control, and site management with a strong ability to deliver projects efficiently within budget and schedule. Experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Preparation of Baseline Programs
• Development of detailed Micro Planning / Short-Term Planning
• Monitoring project progress against approved schedules
• Recovery planning and delay analysis

2. Cost & Financial Management

• Cash Flow Planning and Forecasting
• Budget monitoring and cost control
• Efficient management of project cost vs. time constraints
• Preparation and evaluation of variations

3. Quantity Surveying & Documentation

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Quantity take-offs and estimation
• Material reconciliation and cost analysis
• Tender documentation support

4. Resource Planning

• Material Requirement Planning
• Labour Requirement Planning
• Equipment allocation and productivity monitoring
• Optimization of manpower and materials to reduce wastage

5. Site Management & Supervision

• Handling and supervising Site Engineers
• Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensuring quality control and HSE compliance
• Monitoring daily site progress and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
