Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in residential villa construction in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality and compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities for villa projects
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and HSE regulations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Manage material selection, procurement, and usage on site
• Handle authority inspections and approvals (e.g., municipality, utilities)
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in villa/residential construction.
• Mandatory BOQ preparation is must.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations
• Experience with site supervision and project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• UAE Driving License (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
