Responsibilities

The Civil Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity, reliability, and safety of all civil and structural assets in a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP). This includes routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, repair planning, and coordination with operations and mechanical/electrical teams to ensure continuous and efficient plant performance.

• Structural inspection and NDT techniques
• Concrete and steel repair methodologies
• Knowledge of ACI, AISC, ASTM, and coating standards (SSPC/NACE)
• Familiarity with CCPP systems: GT, ST, HRSG, ACC/cooling towers, BOP structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro (for structural checks), and CMMS tools
• Understanding of drainage, water systems, and industrial infrastructure
