Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a strong background in fit-out and maintenance works. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior fit-out projects, managing maintenance activities, coordinating with teams and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fit-out projects (interior works, renovations, modifications)
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for repairs and servicing.
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and costs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, reports, and equipment history.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues and technical problems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fit-out and maintenance works.
• Candidates having experience in fit-out projects and maintenance works such as including repairs, inspections, site management, troubleshooting, and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out, repairs, and building maintenance
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Valid QID required
• Transferrable visa is required.
• Asian candidates will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
