Our Client is known for delivering high‑quality structural rehabilitation, concrete restoration, and strengthening solutions across industrial, commercial, and high‑rise projects. With a strong emphasis on technical excellence, safety, and innovative repair methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise concrete restoration and strengthening works

• Oversee activities such as column jacketing, slab thickening, CFRP installation, micro-concrete casting, crack injection, and structural repairs
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and method statement implementation
• Resource planning and site logistics coordination
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and technical documentation Requirements: Concrete Restoration / Structural Rehabilitation Certification (Mandatory)
• 3–5 years UAE experience in concrete repair & strengthening projects
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or high-rise rehabilitation projects
• Strong knowledge of repair materials (epoxy, micro-concrete, grouting systems, CFRP, etc.)
• Primavera P6 knowledge (preferred)
• Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car (Mandatory)
