Civil Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Project & Site Management: Supervise site activities, manage multiple sites, and ensure smooth resource workflows.
Technical & Quality Control: Accurate setting out, site inspections, and compliance with drawings/specifications.
Quantity Surveying: Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, interim valuations, and final accounts.
Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, variations, claims, and cost reporting.
Health & Safety: Implement HSE procedures and maintain “Zero Harm” standards on site.
Coordination: Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, and suppliers for effective project execution

Requirements:

ü5+ years of experience in GCC as a Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor.üB-Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringüStrong skills in estimation, billing, and reportingüExperience in Primavera is preferred.üGood communication and coordination abilitiesValid Oman Driving License
