Civil Engineer (Estimation Engineer)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking, repairing and servicing building and infrastructure
• Responsible for Providing engineering support by responding to requests for maintenance problems
• To Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications
• To Determine the adequacy and strength of the foundations.
• Responsible for Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
• Should be able to Meet maintenance financial objectives by forecasting requirements
• Responsible for Preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Responsible for Diagnosing faults and calling for repairs.
• Responsible for Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Responsible for Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Responsible for Creating maintenance procedures
• Responsible for Performing preventive maintenance
• Responsible for Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Any other task assigned by senior management

Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Associate Engineering
Experience: 2-3 Years (Should have supervised a relevant project)
Location: Thokar, Multan Road, Lahore.
