Assistant Maintenance Engineer – Aesthetic Machines

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Assistant Maintenance Engineer to join our Aesthetic Equipment Support Team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced aesthetic and dermatology machines such as Diode Laser, HydraFacial, Candela, and Nd-YAG systems.

This position requires a hands-on individual with strong technical aptitude, a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, and effective communication skills to support clinical and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Setup:
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and calibration of aesthetic and dermatology machines.
• Maintenance & Repair:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in aesthetic devices.
• Technical Troubleshooting:
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to machine performance.
• Coordinate with senior engineers or suppliers for complex repairs and part replacements.
• Training & Support:
• Conduct user training sessions for clinical and support staff on proper operation and care of machines.
• Provide technical assistance during procedures when required.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records.
• Report recurring issues and suggest technical improvements.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and equipment handling protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Electrical or Electronics.
• Experience:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Diode Laser, HydraFacial, Candela, and/or Nd-YAG systems will be an added advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, sensors, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented approach and teamwork attitude.

After Probation travelling will be required across inter and intra branches

Job Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (or may be changed according to the company requirements)
