Civil Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Candidate required with strong expertise in landscaping projects (soft & hard landscaping, irrigation, outdoor amenities, and associated civil works).

The ideal candidate will lead cost estimation, quantity surveying, cost control, and site team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for landscaping projects including earthworks, planting, irrigation systems, hardscaping and associated civil infrastructure.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and site surveys.
• Develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Prepare tender documents, technical submissions, and cost breakdowns for clients and consultants.
• Coordinate closely with site team to ensure work is executed as per approved BOQ and specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or Quantity Surveying)
• Minimum 02-03 years of relevant experience in landscaping / civil infrastructure projects (UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred).
