We’re Hiring: Civil Estimator – US Market

Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)

We’re looking for a Civil Estimator with strong expertise in the US construction industry to join our growing Estimation team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for civil, architectural, and structural scopes, with a deep understanding of US standards and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review civil and architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for earthwork, concrete, masonry, finishes, and site development
• Prepare and verify cost breakdowns for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and other departments to clarify project scope and pricing
• Ensure all estimates meet accuracy and deadline requirements
• Stay updated on US construction practices, materials, and cost trends

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience: 2–5 years of civil estimation experience for the US market (mandatory)
• Software Proficiency: PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar estimating/takeoff tools
• Strong understanding of CSI divisions, US building materials, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RSMeans or cost database references
• Familiarity with US building codes and standards
• Exposure to commercial and residential project estimation
