Civil Estimator Engineer – Concrete & Site ( US Project Experience)

Location: Murree Road Rawalpindi
Experience: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( Morning Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and estimates for earthworks, concrete, paving, utilities, drainage, and site improvements.
• Review civil drawings, grading plans, utility layouts, and specifications.
• Develop cost estimates for excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement.
• Analyze subcontractor bids and supplier pricing for site and concrete trades.
• Identify risks related to soil conditions, logistics, and constructability.
• Maintain cost databases specific to US site and concrete projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers during preconstruction and bidding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 years of experience estimating concrete and site works for USA-based projects.
• Strong knowledge of US civil construction practices, materials, and specifications.
• Proficiency in estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST).
• Familiarity with US DOT standards, ASTM, and local authority requirements.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
