Civil Foreman

The Civil Foreman is responsible for the management and supervision of civil construction activities on site, ensuring that all works are executed safety, efficiently and in full compliance with standards and project requirements. The role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams and proactive oversight to deliver high-quality results within schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities on site to ensure compliance with design, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve construction and interface issues effectively.
• Monitor construction/ site progress, controlling and reporting skills.
• Logical thinking and being able to analyze details
• Reports to Project Engineer/ Site Engineer.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Knowledgeable to civil construction methods, materials and quality control practices.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills/.
• Physically fit to work on site condition.
