Civil Foreman

A leading contracting company in the UAE is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction activities, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.
• Capable of managing labor teams and coordinating with engineers and subcontractors.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and site progress with the project engineer.
• Monitor safety procedures and ensure site compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports
