Civil Foreman

• Supervise daily civil construction activities (concrete works, formwork, rebar, masonry, earthworks, etc.).
• Allocate manpower and equipment to meet project targets.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor productivity and quality of workmanship on-site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or material shortages.
• Maintain daily work records and manpower reports.
• Assist in inspections and handover activities.
