Civil Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman with a strong background in building construction projects to efficiently supervise and manage on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for building construction works
• Manage labour, subcontractors, and overall site activities
• Interpret and execute structural and architectural drawings
• Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines
• Monitor site quality, safety (HSE), and productivity
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Track material usage and minimize delays and wastage
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing works
• Ability to read drawings and independently manage site execution
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Basic English communication skills (Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam is an advantage)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 5,000 per month
• Visa, accommodation, and other benefits as per Labour Law
