Location : MBZ City, Sector ME10, Abu Dhabi.

Industry : Construction.

Experience Required Minimum 6 years (Must including 3 years in UAE)

Salary Range : AED 3,000 to AED 5,000/Monthly.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi–MBZ City. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of solid experience (including at least 3 years in the UAE) in supervising and executing construction site activities for PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), RCC (Reinforced Concrete Construction), and steel structure building projects.

• Basic - Arabic (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong experience of site execution, finishing, and PEB structural works.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ability to coordinate between consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Manage project communication including emails, technical reports, follow-ups, and coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and reporting skills
• Verify quantities, materials, and ensure timely site execution as per schedule.
• Oversee finishing and handover works ensuring the highest quality standards
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and site instructions
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
• Track daily progress and report site updates to management/engineers
• Follow up on subcontractor works and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays in project execution
