Job Title: Civil Foreman (Villa Construction)

Location: Pearl Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joining)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Civil Foreman to join our villa construction project in Pearl Jumeirah, Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring all civil and structural works on site, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and inspect shuttering/formwork works.

- Monitor reinforcement (steel fixing) works and ensure compliance with approved drawings.

- Supervise blockwork, plastering, and all related civil finishing activities.

- Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams.

- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are maintained.

- Report work progress and site issues to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.

- Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.

- Manage labor productivity and ensure timely completion of works.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in Dubai, preferably in villa construction projects.

- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.

- Experience in shuttering, reinforcement, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, and civil finishing activities.

- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Available for immediate joining.
